There are many possibilities for ecotourism in and around Dadia Forest Reserve and the Lodge. Please find some suggestions below:
One-day programme
Morning: Watch a slides / Video presentation at the information center (1 hour), Hike to the Reserve's Bird Observation post or take the mini-bus. Return for Lunch. Afternoon: Visit the monastery of Dadia.
Three-day programme
First day
8:00-9:00 Breakfast
9:00-10:00 Slides / videotape presentation at the information centre
12:00-13:00 visit the observation post by mini bus
13:00-14:30 Lunch
16:30-18:00 Two Choices:
A. Either walk to the village of Dadia where you can visit the church of prophet Helias or
B. Visit the river of Dadia named "Diavolorema" (Devils Current).
20:00 Dinner.
