There are one bedroom flats which sleep up to four people and studios which sleep up to two people. All the flats are self contained with kitchens and bathrooms. The small kitchens are equipped with a cooker, microwave, electric hobs, a refrigerator, microwave and kettle plus glassware, cutlery and cooking utensils. The bathrooms all have bath tubs, hand and wall showers plus a shaver point. There is constant hot water and central heating. Maid service is available five days a week.
Several of the flats have patios. There are keys available for entry to the private garden square which guests can use at any time. The Hyde Park, the largest of London's royal parks, is two minutes away. Tennis courts and boats for rowing on the Serpentine may be hired there.
There is an office on the premises which is open on weekdays to help with any queries, deliveries or such. Faxes can be received or sent from the office. At weekends and in the evenings the office phones are connected to the staff at home in case of emergencies.
Each flat has its own telephone and direct dial individual telephone number. The phones all have an answerphone system so messages can be received. There is a modem point in each flat.
Each flat has a direct door answerphone so that the front door can be opened from each flat.
