The stunning lounge is perfect for relaxation after a hard day’s sunbathing. Containing a large leather sofa and leather armchair, flat screen TV and DVD player, Radio / CD player and of course, patio doors opening onto the beautiful balcony with table and chairs and offering spectacular views over Erquy harbour and main beach. Original artwork adorns the walls.
The fully fitted luxury cherry kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and all utensils you would expect to make this a home from home.

Erquy’s modern watersports centre offers excellent facilities, including a diving school and sailing school, windsurfing and sea canoeing.
There is a mini-golf course and children’s playground, together with a programme of entertainment during the summer season.
A little further afield, there are numerous attractions including the Chateau-Bienassis, two well-regarded golf courses, pony trekking, a couple of zoos, an amusement park and a Victorian farm, as well as a host of other seaside resorts and local markets. The historic towns of Dinan and St-Malo are also well worth a visit.
Erquy is approximately 45-50 minutes drive from both Dinard airport, and St. Malo ferry port – perfect for an off-season weekend break too!
