This apartment, totally refurbished in 2008, can accommodate comfortably up to 4 people.
Its main strengths are its calm (no direct contact with the street), its open sight, its brightness and an exceptional location (near to many touristic places, near all amenities and at only 1 minute walk from a subway station).
Completely furnished and equipped, this typically Parisian apartment with mouldings and hardwood floor is in a stone building.
It is made up of a living room, an open kitchen, an independent bedroom, an independent bathroom and toilets.
The kitchen is entirely equipped: hotplates, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, electric fruit squeezer… You will find everything you need to prepare your own meals (kitchen utensils, crockery) or to wash your clothes (washing machine, domestic iron, ironing board, clothes line).
The apartment has 2 beds: 1 double bed (160cm x 200cm i.e. 5ft 3in wide by 6ft 6.7in long) located in the bedroom and a bed-settee for 2 people with a very comfortable mattress located in the living room.
