Quiet Riverside Chambres D’hôtes (Bed and Breakfast).
Located near (4km) to the town of Quillan halfway between Carcassonne and Perpignan this beautiful Chambres D’hôtes sites on the banks of the river Aude in it’s own large private garden. Each individually styled bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom and either overlooks the river Aude or the foothills of the Pyrenees. Les Eaux Tranquilles is specifically designed for couples and we only accept children from 14 years and above. This helps retain peace, quiet and tranquillity for which we are famous. Les Eaux Tranquilles has a 3 Star grading with Thomas Cook, Gite de France and Clevacances.
Our prices include breakfast and are for two people sharing, please subtract 5 Euros for single occupancy. We also offer all inclusive evening meals (Table D’hôtes) which can be either ‘pay as you go’ or for those staying three days or longer we offer half board at a discounted rate.
It is difficult to list all the activities as there are so many. For the sportive we have every sport you can think of from skiing thru bike riding, fishing, horse riding, quad biking and white water rafting. We have some of the most beautiful villages in France and there are of course the magnificent Cathar Castles and of course La Cite at Carcassonne. The sea is just over an hour away but why not visit some of the fantastic mountain lakes instead. If you love walking then this is defiantly the place to be with walks for all levels of ability (we keep a selection of maps and walking books).
