The surrounding area of Bergouey has many small roads that are excellent for cycling. It is possible to rent mountain bikes.
You can make country walks, play golf or enjoy canoeing. Nearby are the glorious beaches of Aquitaine. But it is also extremely relaxing just to do nothing and enjoy the sun and the view, sitting on the terrace near the swimming pool or in the orchard, drinking a glass of wine or a beer.
You can try wine tasting at local and regional chateaux or stroll along the boulevards of Biarritz.
