You will find the house in the village Sauveboeuf close Lalinde at approximately 20 km from Bergerac. Absolutely quiet location at
approximately 500 meters of the river Dordogne.

In the totally renovated house you will feel yourselves undoubtedly immediately at home. Especially in the flower rich garden of 1.600m2 with a very nice summer-house and a large table for 8 persons.
There are poolbeds for everyone and there is a swing chair with a suncover.
In the garden you enjoy your privacy. The house is located at a quiet road and the entrance road to the house is 100 meters.

The living room and the three sleep chambers are provided with an artificial parquet floor.There are in total 4 double beds. The livingroom and the bedrooms all have opening doors to the terrace and the swimmingpool. Open oakwood kitchen with all supplies you need such as a dishwasher. There is a radio CDplayer in every bedroom.
