Bøflaten Camping is situated in beautiful surroundings along E16 by the shores of Vangsmjøsa, halfway between Oslo and Bergen.
Excellent starting point for drives to Sognefjorden and Breheimen. (beautiful glaciers) The mountain village of Vang is also a good point of departure for trips in Jotunheimen. Several marked DNT routes give you the opportunity to select among short or more challenging trips to peaks and glaciers. Try your luck by fishing in Vangsmjøsa or in mountain lakes, brooks or rivers. You can buy your fishing license in our kiosk.
The mountain roads in Vang are perfect for bicycle trips. Here you will see mountain farms, still in use, as well as happy people. Feel free to ask us about other suggested trips!
