Camping Corgo do Pardieiro is located in the South-West of Portugal, the Alentejo (region Odemira). The characteristics of this region are the coast with many beautiful beaches, high planes, hills and valleys, cork oaks and olive trees, the little, white villages and above all: lots of sun shine.
oak tree This is the ideal environment for hikers and nature lovers and for people looking for space, quietness, nature. Enjoy the sun or the shadow of an olive tree, a beautifull view or a good book, or just relax in a hammock and experience nature. At night listen to the scream of a tawny owl or wonder about the million stars that are visible here.
The camping
stone oak On our expansive campground (8.5 hectares!) you can choose between several, varied sites to pitch your tent or put your caravan. On the top of a hill under an old stone oak; in the valley of olive trees; under the oak trees or a private site under fruit trees and laurel near the creek. The sites are spaced far apart so you enjoy maximum privacy.
All tent sites have a picnic table. In our camping kitchen you will find a two-burner stove, a place for washing dishes and a hand-washing machine, both with hot and cold water. Friendly pets are welcome.
On the 8,5 hectare natural area of the estate with old cork oaks and olive trees we have planted a variety of additional young trees, brushes and flowers (such as this melianthus).
mushrooms All year round you can enjoy this beautiful place. In spring and autumn the climate is very enjoyable and in spring nature is at its best with lots of flowers!
