Villa Silvia, deep in the nature, has a wonderful view on the sea and on Ortigia island. It is few kilometers away from Syracuse in the area of Penisola Maddalena. This charming villa is ideally located for a relaxing holiday and it is a natural base to explore Syracuse and its province.
The villa is composed of a large dinnig room, a large living room with a stunning sea view, a large furnished terrace, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bedroom with a double bed sofa, a large kitchen completely furnished and two bathrooms (one with shower and the other one with bath tub). The villa can accommodate up to 6 people
The cottage is equipped with heating, air conditioning, washing machine, Tv, DVD player, barbecue, parking and it is furnished in tipical sicilian style. It is suggested for a holiday in touch with the nature, at a short distance from the wonderful sea. The closest beach is 2 km far about and all the most famous beaches (Fontane Bianche, Arenella, Terrauzza) are very easy to reach by car in about 10 minutes
In the neighbourhood there is a little food shop open also in the winter and there are a lot of good restaurants where you can eat good fish and drink good wine!
