"The Four Seasons“
Our restaurant is named after the four different seasons we have in a year. Every season has it's own character and specialities.
The Four Seasons is located in a winter garden surrounding, under the star light sky, with a great view over the Rugensche Bodden, a bay of the Baltic Sea.
In summer we will make u feel at home on our terrace in the open sky, under aged old trees and amazing sight of the island Vilm.
Our menu will be the changed during the change of the seasons we commit ourselves to work with fresh and local available products.
Our maître, Sebastiaan Tigchelaar, a well known sommelier, who previous worked as maître, restaurant manager in well established restaurant through out The Netherlands, member of the society for sommeliers will make u feel welcome in our winter garden restaurant and on our seaside terrace. He will make sure that the amazing dishes will be accompanied with great wines from his wine cellar.
Our kitchen chef, Martijn Elbersen, who previous worked as chef in the Caribbean, on Cruise lines, in The Netherlands, Australia and in London, will cook for the finest dishes from fresh ingredients. He and his staff will make sure that your expectation of 4 seasons will amaze u every time you get back to our restaurant.
