In the national park of Sierra Nevada and near Granada you find the typical Andalucian mountain village Güéjar Sierra. In this charming village Joël and Julie run the homely B&B ¨Arroyo de la Greda¨. The village offers everything that a mountain village should offer, the little streets, cosy squares, typical restaurants and friendly people.
After buying the house in 2005, Joel and Julie reformed the house in its original style, using original materials and techniques into a home for their family and a B&B. The house has stunning views to the mountains, the lake and the village. The B&B has three ample rooms, each of them has its own bathroom and under floor heating. All decorated in original andalucian but comfortable style. The guests can count with a fully equipped kitchen and a sunny terrace with views.
Sierra Nevada is perfect for sporty activities. You can go hiking, biking, canoeing, climbing, but also skiing from December until April, in perfect conditions at over 100km of ski slopes.
At only 10km you’re in the centre of Granada. The city is famous for its Alhambra, the Arab miracle of architecture, the old Arab quarter and the many bars, terraces and restaurants.
At the same time, you’re at the Costa Tropical, for a nice day at the beach, a perfect lunch in one of the many restaurants on the beach.
