In the heart of the Ardennes, near the border with Luxembourg and the Baraque Fraiture (nearly the highest point in Belgium), lies the tiny village of Houffalize. Situated near the famous World War II monument in Bastogne and known for its outstanding mountainbiking, Houffalize is an ideal spot from which to explore the region.
As of May 2005, there is a new Bed & Breakfast in the center of this picturesque little town, "L'air du temps", established in a stately gentleman's house dating from 1870.
There you'll experience a relaxed and unhurried ambience, which combines the service of a hotel with the charm of a Bed & Breakfast. We offer a complete breakfast and, on weekends, dinner by candlelight at private tables or, if you prefer, in the traditional B&B style of sharing your table with other guests of the house.
