On the same floor above the former attic, a large bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom (shower,toilet, bidet and wash basin).
On the ground floor (the former "cave"), to be reached via an interior stairway is the second bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed, luxuruous bathroom with whirlpool, toilet and wash basin. The garden kitchen is also at this level (kitchen sink,hot plates,door that opens on the garden), which can be used as extra bedroom (2 beds).
In front of the house is a large garden facing south with lawn and several fruit trees.
And the surprise is.... a nice grand piano for music lovers, but ... be careful please. And: the possibility to camp out in an orchard nearby (use of water and sanitary included) and/or at the river banks of the river Baize.
Environment
In the hilly landscape of the department Orne lies the small village of Ménil-Vin. It is too small to have its own bakery, but you can get your bread and croissants in Menil-Hermei (4 km), also biscuits and tarts,eggs, and several groceries. In the direct environment you will find walking paths and paths in the meadows, the river Baize, which can be reached by several paths, where you can paddle or fish trouts.
